Francis Joseph “Joe” PLUMER, Age 82. Died peacefully on Oct. 1, 2011 in the comfort of his home with his family by his side. He was born in Baltimore, MD, served as a Navy Seabee during the Korean War, and worked as a project manager on large industrial engineering projects worldwide.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Darlene (nee Tibbetts); his four children: Joseph (Mona), Kathleen Santosuosso (Raymond), David (Nancy) and Diana Wolpaw (Erik); his brother Paul; and ten grandchildren: Carla, Jodi and Suzanne Santosuosso; Shane (Dawn), Steve, Lisa, Joseph, Gina and Riley Plumer; and Jack Wolpaw.
