May God bless you during this time of sorrow.
    With deepest sympathy,
    Dr Jeff Castel

When I started working at the phone company Bruce had already been there for many years. What I remember best about him is the patience and understanding he had for those of us who were new to the job. He would never get upset with us when we made mistakes and believe me I made many in the beginning but instead he would quietly tell us what we did wrong and show us the right way. Bruce you were one of a kind and you will be missed.
