I really enjoyed working with Tom on projects with the City of North Olmsted. Tom and I met about 3 1/2 years ago and I truly enjoyed working with him on each project. I respected his knowledge and enjoyed learning from him as we solved problems together. I will be keeping your family in my thoughts and prayers.

I got to Know Tom about 5 years ago while working at a company that we both do work for. I consider myself a very lucky guy to have worked along side of such a kind and knowledgeable person. Tom was alwasy willing to answer any question you had and would always help you in any way possible. My prayers go out to the Wagner family in this tough time, He was a true and genuine soul at heart and will truly be missed .

Nancy and Family, Tom’s passing came as a complete shock to Carol and I. All the times that I have talked across the street with Tom remind me of what a really fine young man he was. Always willing to stop what he was doing and discuss the problems of the day. He always touched on camping experiences the two of you had. Never ceased thanking me for camping tips. I am certain that those experiences will last with you forever. May the LORD be with You and the Family during this trying time.

To the Wagner family, I’m very sorry for your loss. No matter how much time passes we still feel the loss of our loved ones and view death as God does, an enemy. (1 Corinthians 15:26) May you find comfort and hope in his promise at Revelation 21:3,4 that shows soon there will be no more death, sickness, or pain, and we can see our lost loved ones again.
