Fr. Michael A. ONDO. Age 89. Beloved son of the late George and Anna (nee Giroski). Loving brother of Joseph (Mildred and Jean, deceased) and the following deceased; Mike (age 15), John (age 15), Paul (age 18 months), George (Veronica, deceased), Andrew (Marie), Paul (Rose), Anthony (Louise) and Ann Vetrick (Thomas, deceased). Dearest uncle and great uncle to many nieces and nephews. Loving and kind friend to many. Ordained at St. Mary’s Cathedral on May 8, 1954 by Most Rev. John B. Bennett for the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana where he served in various parishes as Assistant Pastor, Pastor, and Family Life Director. Father Ondo proudly served his country as a US Military Chaplain in the Navy, the Marines in Vietnam, and the Army for 24 years. He holds the rank of Colonel USAR (RET).

Ronald J. PRASEK, age 80. Passed away Fri. June 15. Ron was born in Cleveland on Feb. 7, 1938 and was a resident of Parma Hts. for 54 years. He was the beloved husband of 58 years to Rose A. Prasek (nee D’Amico) and the loving father of Gina Hopkins (Danny), Maria Schuck (Paul), Ron C. and Christopher (Marcy). Cherished grandfather of Jennifer Malensky (Matt), Jeff Pawloski (Ashley), Vincent and Anthony Schuck and Brandon. Loving great grandfather of Ryan, Katie, Dylan, Adam and Chase. He was preceded in death by his brother James and his parents Joseph and Helen. Ron was a graduate of Cathedral Latin High School and a member of Teamster Local #293. He was retired from the American Vineyards Wine Company and the City of Parma Hts. Ron was a member of the Cleveland Touchdown Club, Parma Amateur Athletic Federation, Parma Elks Lodge #1938, Holy Family Holy Name Society and the head usher at Holy Family Parish for many years.

Robert “Bob” Samuel STADLHOFER, age 72, of Cleveland, Ohio, went home to the Lord on April 4, 2018. Beloved husband of Jean M. (nee Selick) for 45 Years. Dearest Son of  the late Marie Mara Stadlhofer (nee Hienz) and Samuel Vaccaro. Loving God Father of Wayne Stadlhofer and Victoria M. Weber (nee Zgorzelski). Dearest Brother of Rudy (Deceased). Dear Brother-In-Law of Jeannie (Rudy), Richard (Deceased) and Rosalie LaPonza (nee Favorito),  James Selick, Robert Selick and Cynthia Selick (nee Calio) (Both Deceased), Patricia A. Jennings (nee Selick) and Gary, Denise M. Zgorzelski (nee Selick) and Walter. Loving Great, Great Uncle of 4, Great Uncle of 15, Uncle of 15, and Friend to many. Bob worked for Chemical Rubber Company (CRC) for over 10 Years and The City Of University Heights for almost 25 Years. He was an usher at Our Lady of Good Council Church for several years.

James T. RUSNAK. Age 83. Entered his eternal home June 12, 2018. Beloved husband of Eleanor L. (nee Horn). Loving father of Randolph “Randy” R. (deceased Karen Lindrose) and Sharon Rose Campbell (Bill). Dearest grandfather of Michelle Such (Mike).  Dear great grandfather of Gavin and Camryn Such. Jim was the owner along with his wife of the J.F. Novak Co., Cleveland Church Supply and American Flag Supply. He operated 100 year old German embroidery machines that produced the 1947-48 Cleveland Indians emblems. He also made the original CPD emblems and many other emblems for other cities including Fire & EMS-Fire etc. Jim was a member of the Cleveland FOPD Lodge #23.

Nancy Kay Brady (Francis). Nancy was as generous and kind a soul as you could ever hope to meet. She was a master crochet artist, wonderful cook and baker, excellent bowler, country girl from Muddy Holler, TN and the type of mom, grandma and great grandma that would spoil you rotten. Nancy is preceded in death by her mom and dad Marjorie and David Francis.  She is survived by her husband of 59 years John, her children Theresa, Cristina, John, Rebecca and Jason as well as 9 grand children and 4 great grandchildren. She will be missed but she will never be gone.
