    Cherie, Kim, and Gregg,

I was sorry to learn about the passing of your father. Although I only met him a handful of times, he was always in good spirits and had a great sense of humor. He was also a very faithful person and I will treasure the rosaries that he gave to me. My deepest sympathies go out to you and your families. .

The notice of Dan Sedio’s death caused me to reflect on the very good relationship I had with his family soon after my ordination and my service to Holy Family Church in Parma. I saw his family grow and witnessed the suffering Dan experience with his polio. His suffering was a blessing that he directed to Christ for the welfare of his family. While in my stay at home experience, I will offer a Mass for the repose of his soul. May he Rest in Peace! God bless you all..
