Anne YONEK (nee Gallik), age 94, born Nov. 10, 1922, passed away Feb. 15, 2017. Anne (Gallik) Yonek, age 94 passed away peacefully February 15, 2017 after a short illness. Loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Daughter of George and Anne Gallik. Survived by daughters Linda Yonek-Long (David), Donna (Yonek) Owad (Bill); daughter-in-law Elaine (Harala) Yonek; granddaughters Julie Yonek, Cyndi (Yonek) Schillinger (Scott), Katie (Owad) Warner (Eric), Sarah Owad, Christina Owad, Great-Grandsons Lucas, Jacob and Oliver. Sister Julia (Gallik) Kevesdy; sister-in-law Martha (Yonek) White. Proceeded in death by her husband Martin and son Marty, sisters Mary and Sue, and brother George.
Family and Friends will be received Sunday, February 19, 2017 from 5-8 pm at Zabor Funeral Home, 5680 Pearl Rd., (betw. Snow & Ridge) Parma, Ohio. Funeral service begins Monday, February 20, 2017 at 10:00 am at Parma-South Presbyterian Church, 6155 Pearl Road, Parma Heights, Ohio. Burial to follow at Hope Memorial Gardens, 2447 Center Rd., Hinkley, Ohio.
