Elsie Milano (nee Ricchiuto), age 95, passed away peacefully on January 31, 2026. She is now reunited with her beloved husband, Albino “Al” Milano.

A devoted mother, Elsie is survived by her children: Deb Nixon (John), Cindy McLaughlin (Tom), Barb Malaga (Bob), and Karen Seagren (Eric). As a proud grandmother, she leaves behind Andrew Nixon (Theresa), Kristen Nixon (Phil Schmidbauer), Mary Endsley (Adam), John McLaughlin (Allison), Brian McLaughlin (Tina), Steve Malaga (Diana), Jenny Fuller (Matt), Becky Budosh (John), Julie Seagren and Faith Seagren. Elsie was also a great-grandmother to Aleja, Juli, Maddie, Alex, Riley, Payton, Luke, Jack, Mella, Simon, Mary Agnes, Beau, Hayden, and Benedict.

Born to the late Lodovico and Josephine (nee Frate) Ricchiuto and was a cherished sister to the late Jean Zaranec (Chuck). She was daughter-in-law of the late Albino and Albina Milano, late sister-in-law of Fred Milano and Caroline Miglorino (Myron). She was a beloved aunt, cousin, and friend to many. Elsie cherished her time with family and friends. She loved to travel with Al and when he was gone, she found friends to travel with to Rome, Yellowstone, Las Vegas, Alaska and many other places. She loved to sew and was a Cleveland Indians fan. She was active in the Isabella Guild, the National Conference of Catholic Women’s (NCCW) organization, St. Charles’ Ladies Guild and Just Friends. She was a Playhouse Square Red Coat. She served on board of her assisted living facility.

VISITATION, MON. FEB. 9, 9:30 - 10:30 AM AT THE ZABOR FUNERAL HOME, 5680 PEARL RD. PARMA (BETW. SNOW & RIDGE RDS.) MASS OF  CHRISTIAN BURIAL TO IMMEDIATELY FOLLOW AT 11:00 AM AT ST. CHARLES CHURCH, PARMA. INTERMENT, HOLY CROSS CEMETERY.

Memorial donations in Elsie's name may be made to St. Charles Church, the Jennings Home, or the Downs Syndrome Association of North East Ohio.
