Dearest mother of James (Sandra), David, and Judy Libby (Gary). Dear grandmother of Samuel (Shanna), Michael (Michelle), Amanda Moorhead (Jeremiah), Jennifer, Jessica, David, and Angela. Dear great grandmother of Jack and Eleanor Moorhead and Madison Lupica. Dear sister of Dorothy Tharp (John, deceased), Louis Penzes, and the late Gaza Penzes (Mildred). Dear Aunt and devoted friend to many. Elvera loved her family and enjoyed their company. She was a long time member of Bethel Temple in Parma.
