Joseph L. NEFF, age 57. Beloved husband of 22 years to Kimberly K. Dear Son of Richard (deceased) and Anita Neff (nee Dooling). Dear Son in Law of Esther and Dennis (deceased) Scanlan and Al and Carmela Tischler. Loving brother of Cindy Burke (Chris), Theresa Heym (Bill), Steven (Lesia), David (Colleen), Rich (Gena); and loving brother in law of Michael Tischler, Albert Tischler (Cindy), Frank Ritson (Laura), & Angelo Ritson (Bonnie). Dear uncle, cousin, & friend to many. 

Joe was the Vice President of Operations for ELT*ARCO & was beloved by his colleagues & clients. He was considered by many to be a "Logistics Legend".
