Kathleen M. CARRICK of Brooklyn, Ohio was born on December 9, 1942 and passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 3, 2019. She was a devoted and loving daughter of the late Charles and Mae (Divoky) Carrick. After her birth mother's death, Charles remarried and together he and the late Helen (Chaddock) Carrick provided a loving and supportive home. Her brother David completed the family.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, David, who she admired and loved dearly. Survivors include her beloved sister-in-law, Kathleen K. Carrick, and adoring nephew, Jason and his wife Lindsay. Lifelong friend of Brenda and the Brady and Jancura families.
Loving cousin, godmother and faithful friend to many.
Kathy was a passionate and caring teacher and taught exclusively at St. Bridget of Kildare School in Parma until her retirement. For years after, former students would approach her on various outings and share stories of their time in the classroom.
