Loving grandmother of Jack, Austin, Allison and Maggie. Dear sister of Barbara Bartlebaugh (Jim), Chuck James (Jan), Cathy Drumm (Chuck), Jean Rhodes, Lois Bartko (Russ) and Bill James. Terry was a 1963 graduate of Magnificat H.S. She then attended St. Francis School of Nursing at St. Anthony Hospital in Columbus OH becoming a Registered Nurse in 1966. Terry began her nursing career at University Hospital in Cleveland working at the ICU. Her next career position was at Fairview Hospital's Kemper coronary and catherization units from 1967-1969. Terry then worked at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton OH from 1969-1971 while Jack attended the Univ. of Dayton. She returned to work at Fairview from 1971-1988. She then moved into the home nursing field and was a pioneer in that business from 1988-2010. Terry opened an east and west side Cleveland office for Fidelity Nursing Systems. She again returned to Fairview Hospital as director of their home nursing agency after serving in executive positions in agencies in the Cleveland and Akron areas. Terry was a past president of the Medina County Right to Life Assoc. She attended the annual march on Washington taking her 10 year old son Jay with her in a group from St. Francis Xavier Parish. She was a Eucharistic Minister at St. Francis and brought Holy Communion to those in nursing homes in the Medina area. She was a loving member of her extended family and made many 60 mile round trips to celebrate siblings birthday lunches. Terry was a committed friend to many and never turned down an invitation to a social event. She took great pride in her children's accomplishments and loved her 4 grandchildren dearly. She was loved deeply by her husband, Jack, of 48 years and she will be greatly missed by many.
