Quovada S. BASS

Quovada S. Bass "Q", peacefully departed this world at home on February 6, 2026, at the age of 52. He was a cherished spouse of 18 years to Mischel (nee Tolete), father to Quovada Bass II, Jeramie and Gage Ellsworth. Grandfather to Kaden and Quincy. Son of Stephanie Bass. Preceded in death by his grandmother Fanna Bass. Q was a dear friend to many. 

Born in Cleveland, he served as the Art Director for The Adcom Group for over 12 years. He studied Advertising Design, Illustration, and Multi-Media. A gifted artist, he often viewed life through that lens, seeking the goodness and brightness within others. Possessing a remarkable sense of tranquility that drew people in, he also had an insatiable curiosity to learn and connect with individuals from all walks of life. He was a good human, a good man, a good father, and an immovable rock as a husband. He loved his home and the idea of going home at the end of the day to music, laughter, the smell of home cooking and sitting on the porch with his wife and 2 dogs. Q lived a life deeply influenced by Zen and the principles of Tao. He connected with so many people thru his line of work and volunteering. He brought a genuine kindness, compassion, and happiness to every room he walks in.
