Robert E. SMITH

Robert E. SMITH, age 99, passed away at home on May 15, 2026. Loving father of Cynthia, Sue Laabs (George), Greg (Judy), Dan, Jennifer Hach (Thomas), and Mike (Annamarie). Dearest grandfather of 10, great grandfather of 11, step grandfather and step great grandfather, and uncle of 15. 

Bob was preceded in death by his wife, Peg, his parents, Agnes and Elwin and his sister, Velda Cook. He proudly served in WW II in the Pacific.  

VISITATION, THURS. MAY 21, 4:00 - 8:00 PM AT THE ZABOR FUNERAL HOME, 5680 PEARL RD. PARMA OH 44129, (BETW. SNOW & RIDGE). PRAYER SERVICE, 9:45 AM AT THE FUNERAL HOME, FRI. MAY 22, FOLLOWED IMMEDIATELY BY THE FUNERAL MASS, 11:00 AM AT ST. CHARLES CHURCH, PARMA. 

Interment at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery will be at a later date.
