"I'm in a Good Place"
by Ronald E. Shultz
I'm in a good place
Riding in the eye of a hurricane
It is a calm place
Just outside this safe space showers rain
But I'm in a good place
Between past frets and future worries
In which I need not race
Or be blown about by life's cares and hurries
I'm in a good place
Within sight of my life's goal
I'm determined to keep a pace
Balanced in harmony, my life is now whole
Yes, I'm in a good place…
Though success and failure rage about me
I'm filled with peace and purpose by divine grace
Serenity frees me to face my life with love and dignity
