Rose Ann Dearth

Rose Ann Dearth, age 63. Beloved mother of Kimberly James (Tyler), Amy Dearth, and the late Dan Dearth. Cherished daughter of the late Dorothy Louise Ewanko and Benjamin Ewanko. Dear sister of Patricia Tindal (Dave Lewis), Dolores Bielecki, Cathy Avondet (Mark Avondet), Dan Ewanko (Wilma Barniak), Diane Ewanko, Dennis Ewanko, and Monica Ewanko (Jim Bozas). Former wife of Doug Dearth. Loving aunt and friend to many.

Rose was a woman whose kindness and resilience shaped the lives around her. Among her many interests, she especially loved candy making and gardening, creative, patient, hands-on expressions of the warmth she carried within her. She was also a proud member of Parma Elks Lodge 1938. She poured her heart into each small detail and found joy in sharing what she created. She adored the music of Jackson Browne, a familiar soundtrack her family will forever hear with her in mind.

To her children, she gave unconditional love. To her siblings, she was a steady, caring presence, a sister whose loyalty and warmth were constants in a changing world. Those who knew her felt loved in her presence, comforted by her gentle spirit, and anchored by the way she showed up for the people she cared for.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 2nd at 11:00am at St. Mary PNCC, 5375 Broadview Rd., Parma, Ohio 44134. A luncheon will follow immediately at Parma Elks Lodge 1938, 2250 Snow Rd., Parma, Ohio 44134. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary PNCC Food Ministry, 5375 Broadview Rd., Parma, OH 44134.
