It was an honor to meet all of you at the funeral home.
You have my deepest sympathy. What a great family.
The entire Byrne family will be in my prayers.

Dear Mary, got a call from Jim & Carol Potts last evening with the
sad news about Bill. What a great guy he was, fun ,& genuinely a
FINE gentleman. It was always a pleasure to meet up with him,& to know what a wonderful husband & soulmate to you,til the very end, When someone of his caliber dies, everyone that knew him
is assured he is Heaven,which is what we all aspire to.
  On a more personal note, whenever I am on #77, passing the old US Steel bdg. I remember the time Bill was driving Laverne Gorman & I home from a HN re-union meeting on the west side,&
the Tie-Rod broke on his car, & what a time trying to get home. It all worked out wonderfully,but we NEVER rode with him again!
It was a fun time that always brings a chuckle to mind.
WHAT A GREAT GUY! MARYALICE & JACK

So sorry for your loss. Bill was such a wonderful person, he would always stop and talk to everyone when he walked around the neighborhood. He was always so kind to my children and would give them bread to feed the ducks and fish in the lake. Private Drive is not the same without him.

When those we love go away, they never really leave us;
they are with us now, wherever we are.
Those whom we have cherished, live on forever,
for love wraps itself around the heart.

With deepest sympathy,
Kathy
